Research Topic

Ecological-economic modeling of agri-environmental policies

The aim of the PhD project is to carry out a feasibility study for an agri-photovoltaic system in an olive grove, combined with local water treatment, hydrogen production and hydrogen utilisation in Jordan. In addition, the Feadplus Framework (framework to assess the economic benefits and the adoption potential of dual land use systems) will be applied to evaluate the economic viability of agri-photovoltaics in Germany.
